After discussions with a number of parties, we’re delighted to announce that Irish Life Group Limited will acquire Acumen & Trust through its independent intermediary subsidiary, Invesco Limited.
With Irish Life as a shareholder we are now backed by their strength and expertise and have access to technology and resources to enhance the services we offer.
Acumen & Trust will continue to operate as an independent consultancy firm under our current brand. We will stay based in Sandyford and offer the same quality personalised service. Irish Life recognises and values the importance of Acumen & Trust’s independence, and the current senior leadership team will continue to run the business.
The deal is expected to close in Quarter 1 2020 subject to normal regulatory approval.
